About GEOLUR

GEOLUR is a specialist engineering pipe supply platform operated by GeoOrigin Engineering Limited, focusing on pipe systems used in geotechnical monitoring, groundwater monitoring, dewatering and related civil engineering applications.

Rather than offering a broad catalogue of unrelated construction products, GEOLUR concentrates on a defined group of engineering pipe systems where material selection, dimensions, connections, perforation geometry and installation requirements directly affect project performance.

Our core product families are:

  • PVC / PVC-U Engineering Pipes
  • ABS Inclinometer Casings
  • PE / HDPE Engineering Pipes
  • Custom Perforated Pipes

These products support applications including groundwater monitoring wells, water standpipes, open standpipe piezometers, dewatering wells, recharge and relief wells, borehole inclinometers, diaphragm-wall monitoring, slope and embankment monitoring, tunnel and excavation monitoring, and project-specific screened or perforated pipe systems.

Engineering Pipes, Not Generic Plastic Tubes

A monitoring or groundwater pipe should not be selected only by material name or nominal diameter.

For example, an ABS inclinometer casing forms part of the measurement reference system used by an inclinometer probe. Groove geometry, casing spiral, coupling alignment and structural integrity can influence monitoring quality.

Similarly, a PVC groundwater monitoring pipe may require a defined combination of plain riser pipe, slotted screen, connection system, screened interval and accessories. For custom perforated pipes, slot width, hole geometry, spacing, open area and pipe strength must be considered together.

GEOLUR therefore approaches each enquiry from the engineering application backward:

Application → Material → Geometry → Connection → Screen / Perforation → QA/QC → Documentation → Supply

This application-led approach is central to the GEOLUR product philosophy.

Our Product Focus

PVC / PVC-U Engineering Pipes

GEOLUR supplies PVC and PVC-U engineering pipe systems for applications such as:

  • Water standpipes
  • Open standpipe piezometers
  • Groundwater monitoring wells
  • Environmental monitoring wells
  • Recharge wells
  • Selected dewatering and pumping wells
  • Plain riser and screened pipe systems

Project-specific requirements may include pipe diameter, wall thickness, connection type, slot configuration, screened interval and accessories.

ABS Inclinometer Casings

ABS inclinometer casings are intended primarily for subsurface deformation and ground-movement monitoring.

Typical applications include:

  • Borehole inclinometers
  • Horizontal inclinometer systems
  • Diaphragm walls
  • Retaining structures
  • Deep excavations
  • Slopes and landslides
  • Road and railway embankments
  • Tunnels and underground works

GEOLUR recognises that inclinometer casing is a precision monitoring component. Dimensions, guide grooves, joint alignment, spiral control and compatibility with the selected monitoring system therefore require more attention than ordinary pipe procurement.

PE / HDPE Engineering Pipes

PE and HDPE engineering pipes may be suitable for groundwater, dewatering and environmental applications where toughness, corrosion resistance, flexibility or particular installation conditions influence material selection.

Typical applications may include:

  • Deep dewatering wells
  • Recharge wells
  • Relief wells
  • Environmental monitoring wells
  • Groundwater-control systems
  • Coastal or corrosive environments
  • Project-specific engineering pipe installations

The final pipe material and configuration should always be checked against the intended hydraulic, mechanical and environmental requirements.

Custom Perforated Pipes

Not every monitoring or groundwater project can use a standard screen configuration.

GEOLUR can review project-specific requirements for:

  • Slot width
  • Hole diameter
  • Slot length
  • Number of rows
  • Longitudinal spacing
  • Circumferential spacing
  • Screened interval
  • Plain-to-screen transitions
  • Open-area requirements
  • Pipe material
  • Pipe diameter and wall thickness
  • Connections and accessories

Manufacturing feasibility and final acceptance requirements are confirmed as part of the quotation process.

Standards, QA/QC and Project Documentation

GEOLUR does not treat the phrase “international standard” as a marketing label.

Different products and applications may involve different standards, specifications and acceptance criteria. For example, inclinometer monitoring, thermoplastic well casing, groundwater monitoring wells and PE pipe systems are governed by different technical frameworks.

For this reason, GEOLUR encourages customers to identify applicable standards, project specifications and inspection requirements during the RFQ stage.

Depending on the supplied product and agreed scope, technical documentation may include items such as:

  • Product datasheets
  • Technical drawings
  • Dimensional information
  • Material information
  • Inspection records
  • Certificates of conformity
  • Test reports
  • Packing records
  • Project-specific QA/QC requirements

Availability depends on the actual product, manufacturer, manufacturing route and agreed purchase specification.

GEOLUR does not assume that every product automatically complies with every ISO, ASTM, EN, BS or other standard referenced within the engineering industry.

Technical Procurement Support

Many engineering pipe enquiries begin with incomplete information:

“We need PVC pipe.”

“We need inclinometer casing.”

“Please quote perforated HDPE pipe.”

Those descriptions are rarely enough for a technically meaningful quotation.

GEOLUR encourages clients to provide available information such as:

  • Application
  • Required material
  • OD / ID
  • Wall thickness
  • Pipe or casing length
  • Connection type
  • Screened or perforated interval
  • Slot or hole geometry
  • Quantity
  • Applicable standard
  • Project specification
  • Required QA/QC documentation
  • Delivery destination

This reduces ambiguity before manufacturing and helps align the supplied pipe with the approved project requirement.

Serving International Engineering Projects

GEOLUR supports project enquiries from Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East and other international markets.

Our market focus includes projects involving:

  • Geotechnical instrumentation
  • Groundwater monitoring
  • Deep excavation
  • Dewatering
  • Tunnelling
  • Slopes and embankments
  • Retaining structures
  • Environmental monitoring
  • Infrastructure construction

GEOLUR’s regional supply activity should not be interpreted as indicating a local office, warehouse or manufacturing facility in every country. Project supply arrangements, delivery routes, documentation and commercial terms are confirmed individually for each enquiry.

GEOLUR and GeoOrigin Engineering Limited

GEOLUR is operated by GeoOrigin Engineering Limited.

GeoOrigin Engineering Limited provides the corporate and engineering context behind the GEOLUR platform, while GEOLUR maintains a deliberately focused commercial identity around engineering pipes, casings and directly related consumables.

This distinction is important.

GEOLUR is not positioned as a general geotechnical contractor, laboratory-equipment catalogue, drilling-rig supplier or generic construction-material marketplace.

Its role is deliberately narrower:

Engineering pipe supply for monitoring, groundwater and dewatering applications.

That focused positioning allows GEOLUR to build deeper technical information around a smaller number of products instead of presenting thousands of unrelated catalogue items.

Why GEOLUR

The GEOLUR approach is based on five principles.

Focused product scope.
We concentrate on PVC/PVC-U engineering pipes, ABS inclinometer casings, PE/HDPE engineering pipes and custom perforated pipe systems.

Application-led selection.
The engineering function comes before the material name.

Project-specific configuration.
Dimensions, joints, slots, perforations and accessories can be reviewed against the actual project requirement.

QA/QC awareness.
Critical dimensions and acceptance requirements should be defined before production rather than discovered after delivery.

Technical procurement clarity.
GEOLUR aims to reduce the gap between what the project specification requires and what is ultimately supplied.

Discuss Your Requirement

If your project requires monitoring pipes, inclinometer casings, groundwater well pipes, dewatering pipes or custom perforated pipe systems, send GEOLUR the available specification, drawing, BOQ or application requirements.
